Personal alarms in Scotland

Personal alarms across Scotland

Coverage, response arrangements, and the right device depend on the address rather than the region as a whole. The city pages set out the same buying checklist with local contact points and nearby alternatives.

Council telecare is organised locally, so the authority that covers the city is the one to ask about assessments and charges.

Necklace alarms across Scotland

Necklace alarms sold across Scotland use the same basic formats, but comfort and coverage still depend on the person and the address. Check mobile signal at the home and choose a necklace the wearer is willing to keep on.

The city pages add local coverage and support notes. The national guide explains the necklace-specific fit, clasp, and charging questions.

• Check coverage at the address.
• Choose a comfortable cord and clasp.
• Agree a daily wear and charging check.
